• Any claims must be reported immediately upon completion of the service.

• Customers are responsible for removing personal items from their vehicle prior to service.
• Toro Carwash and Detailing is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings left in the vehicle.

We are not liable for delays or failure to perform services due to events beyond our control, such as extreme weather, equipment failure, or power outages.

8. Customer Conduct

We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual or vehicle if deemed unsafe, unhygienic, or inappropriate.

If you are not satisfied with the service provided, please notify us within 24 hours. We will work to resolve any issues promptly.
