The time varies depending on the service:
• A standard car wash typically takes 30–40 minutes.
• Interior and exterior detailing may take 2–6 hours or longer for more extensive services.
4. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, bkash , and other approved payment methods.
5. Can you work on all vehicle types?
Yes, we service all types of vehicles, including sedans, SUVs, trucks, and vans. For specialty or oversized vehicles, please contact us in advance.

7. Will you clean out personal items from my car?
No, we kindly request that you remove all personal belongings from the vehicle before service. We are not responsible for lost or damaged items left in the car.

9. What happens if it rains after my car wash?
We offer a 48-hour rain check for exterior washes. If it rains within this period, bring your vehicle back for a free exterior wash.
10. Are you liable for pre-existing damage?
No, we are not responsible for damages caused by pre-existing issues or normal wear and tear. Please inform us of any concerns before service begins.
11. Can I reschedule or cancel my appointment?
Yes, you can reschedule or cancel with at least 24 hours’ notice. Late cancellations may result in a fee.
12. Do you offer mobile detailing services?
Currently, we only operate from our location. Check with us periodically for updates on mobile services.
13. How often should I have my car detailed?
We recommend detailing your car every 4–6 months to maintain its condition and protect its value.
